Wire Mesh Fence

Wire mesh fence is a steel fence consisting of wire strands electrically welded together to form a high strength mesh. The fencing is available in two formats: Rolled mesh and Rigid mesh.

Hebei Shining Wire Mesh Co.,Ltd engaged in produce wire mesh fences are used predominantly as high security barriers where visibility through the fence is necessary or desirable. It is also used for animal enclosures in zoos.

Wire thickness: typically wire from 2mm to 8mm is used
Horizontal wire pitch: the distance between two horizontal wire strands, typically 12.7mm to 200mm
Vertical wire pitch: the distance between two vertical wire strands, typically 10mm to 76.2mm

Gates
To complete your welded wire mesh fence, you have the possibility to equip it with single and double Classic gates & single Essential gates.

Options
Several accessories are available for:

Fixing a panel directly to a wall (wall fixators)
Installing posts on a concrete floor or wall (base plates)
Installing panels in an angle (corner clips)

Coating technique and colours
Coating
Panels are made out of galvanised wires. A pre-treatment process guarantees a perfect PVC-coating adhesion to the product surface.

The posts are galvanised inside & out (min. coating 200g/m², both sides together), in accordance with Euro standard 10326. Afterwards, an adhesion coating is applied and finally, the posts are PVC coated (min. 60 microns).
